About the Eva Series:

1- From the screen-caps, we all could see that the Eva Series have 
AT-Fields.
2- If they have AT-Fields, it means that they should have a Soul in their 
cores.
3- Whose souls? who knows!, maybe adam's soul existing in all eva's at the 
same time. =P

About the link between soul and pilot:

What is the link between the soul in the eva's core and the pilot?
It's not fleshy or ADN pattern, or any mental or biologycal pattern.
Is the concient will of the soul inside the core to sync with the pilot. 
They use mothers souls because the relationship with their sons are the 
strongest bond between two persons that could ever exist.
We know that Rei could sync with Eva-01 in ep 14. but in episode 19 Rei was 
rejected by Eva-01, because in that moment the soul inside the core wanted 
Shinji to pilot the Eva.

And why everybody is trying to say that the soul inside the core has to get 
there by a contact experiment?

Shinji, Asuka, Touji, Kensuke, And the other girl that's friend of Asuka are 
motherless.
We don't know if everybody in the School are motherless. So, why having 
motherless children piloting the evas, if the souls inside the cores are not 
their mothers?.
In the case of Touji, inside Eva-03 should be a soul. Whose soul? we don't 
know, but for your opinions, should be the soul of somebody that had a 
contact experiment with eva-03.
The soul inside Eva-03 should be a soul linked with Touji, that has a 
profound and sentimental bond with him, that allows him to sync better with 
the Eva. I really don't think that Touji's Mother did any contact experiment 
with the eva, so i can asume that the soul of Touji's mother get to the core 
by other way (only if eva03 has indeed touji's mother)

The bond betwen the soul in the Eva and the pilot is sentimental and it 
helps to sync better with the eva, and can be affected by the emotional 
state of the pilot, or the soul's acceptance or rejection for the pilot.
But this is not the only thing that allows to sync, it only improves to the 
max sync.

About the soul in Eva-00:

THE SOUL IS NOT REI I, at least not specifficly Rei I.
Maybe it's Rei/Lilith Soul. I don't say that the soul was copied, i say that 
Rei/Lilith Soul is not a soul like normal people, maybe is a soul that's 
omnipresent, that way we can explain the aparition of Rei to all people 
before they die, and the mysterious aparition in episode 1. This is possible 
because for the godess like condition of lilith (kind of a godess, please 
not take this as the whole God lilith religious thing again). THis is only 
my opinion and is very weak in fundaments.

REI DOESN'T PILOT EVA-00 THE SAME WAY KAWORU DID WITH EVA-02.
Kaworu Sync with eva-02 because they both are sons of Adam. We can say that 
Rei is a daughter of lilith, so this breaks down that theory.

That's my humble newbie and non english speaker opinion... so you can cut me 
into pieces now, hehe =P

And another thing, please take all opinions with a little humor, because 
nothing is more unpleasent that a serious and arrogant post.
