[EVA] Pilot suitability & Marduk question.

I have said this before, and i'll say it again...
What's the point of having motherless children for potential pilots, if
their mothers' souls are not in the core of the eva!?

There are 2 possibilities:
1) They chose motherless children because another reason, maybe a factor
that makes them better pilots.
2) They have a method to put the soul of their mothers in the eva, and not
nessesarily by a contact experiment (or maybe there are more metaphisics
involved, and NERV knows it, and maybe the soul gets to the eva by their own
will, to protect their children inside the evas).

This is my pet theory ^_^
But also this is a much simple explination to all this, because i don't get
why everybody have to make all this cientific and complicated theories to
explain something that has no evidence in the series. We all have our own
theories, and that's all. Maybe some of them are more logical than others,
but nobody have the complete truth. We can only deny the theories that can
be contradicted by facts of the series.
