I think you're right Claudio about the theories everyone of us
have about it, personally I think motherless children have a
special affection pattern in their soul, they are more sensible
and emotional (just because an important parent figure isn't
present at all); maybe they're better pilot because they have to
compensate the solitude of their souls.. (that's just my own
opinion anyway)
Asuka explains herself the meaning of the AT Field (see EoE)
and she realizes that the AT Field is the love and the affection
her mother always has been giving to her even if she's dead;
moreover Asuka says that her mother has always been with
her, always watching over her, always protecting her and even
if there are no "how to put mommas souls into the Evas" manuals
this represents a formal fact that truly a soul IS etherally in the
Eva.
