The E-mono book only (:P) shows 2015 items.  (Eva = year 2015)
Some of the items, especially the "Rare Items" at the back, are one-of-a-kind
or limited run (e.g. 50, 100) items that will set you back many hundreds or
thousands of dollars -if- you can find them.  There are also many, many more
items that never made it into the book...
