Some differences/changes in scenes?

Episode 6 uses the original Rei smile, not the version seen in Death.

Episode 8 has a different NERV i.d. card for Misato. Definiteyy a
hangover photo of her. All measurements except blood type have been
scribbled over.
I don't remember the scene with Gendou talking to Kaji on the phone
right at the start, or Kaji brief solo scene before he flies away.

Episode 10 has a brief scene at the start of hot springs act, showing
the van that delivered Pen Pen's box.
