Is that what "One More Final" is actually referring to? I thought that maybe 
it was an Engrishy way of pointing out that #26' is another final episode. 
This eyecatch, despite appearing before the very last scene, IS the English 
counterpart to the "Magokoro o, kimi ni" we saw earlier, after all. Then, I 
am intentionally being devil's advocate.

It operates on a case-by-case basis. Kaworu's words don't exist in a vacuum, 
after all; there are points of reference by which to interpret them.
