I agree. The relevant/constructive/useful signal-to-noise ratio that the EvaML
prides itself on has dropped sharply.

In case you are not aware, there is an important rule that has always applied to
the internets. YAWYW - you are what you write.

The participants of the EvaML are mature adults who value access to unbiased
information and constructive discussion regarding one of their favourite ever
stories. We are fortunate to have Bochan with us, providing up-to-the-minute
translations of the manga releases as well as of other official sources of
information, which he works on pro bono. However, he has no greater vote in this
mailing list than any other of us.

A comment like yours above may well be intended as jest, but if it pisses
members off then it pisses members off. Are you here to piss off fellow
listmembers? Are you here to discuss Evangelion constructively? YAWYW.

What exactly is limited here? Personally, I've learned everything I know about
Eva from this ML over the last 8 or 9 years and I've had to sift through a
relatively tiny amount of noise to do so (briefly visiting various other forums
over the years has only made me value EvaML's signal-to-noise all the more).
Interacting with the denizens has been fun and stimulating. I won't speak for
Michael, but I don't need another source of information.
