I wonder if this is related in any way to the Rebuild initiative. It's
beginning
to have me worried.

@Intriguing if all the movies/OVA series is an alternate reality
story. Be better IMO.  Leave the originals alone, & apart from Eva
original.

Perhaps it will have the Kotetsu no Girlfriend story included as well.
Be cool to have Mana in it, even briefly.
