About the Lilith as the Second Angel thing, Sadamoto's is most likely to
state Lilith as the first 'human' imho, hence another dualism. Let's not
forget once Rei's soul (=Lilith) is returned to her body, the being is
considered a human by Magi in Magokoro, right?

Also, I remember Sadamoto skipped some Angel here and there, and Gaghiel was
possibly not even numbered as the 5th Angel in the manga, but I may be
wrong.

All in all, which Angels were skipped in the manga?
