I have the Second Impact Box DVD sets.  Been a while
since I've watched them, but I don't think they had
the TV air version.  IIRC the "gimmick" was that it
was the first time the (modified) TV air versions of
episodes 21-24 were available for retail sale (since
the Genesis 0:X LD was a limited edition item).

Yes, Genesis 0:X was the first version release of TV
air versions of episodes 21-24.  I have that.  Been a
long time since I've watched that LD too, but I'm
assuming it's the modified TV air version.  Yes,
that's the LD with Kaworu on the cover.
