If you're referring to what is commonly known as the "alternate live
action sequence", Bochan already did a translation for Eva Otaku.  The
webmaster of Rei Liberation Parade used it to produce a fansub, and I
currently have it hosted on Eva Monkey.  Hopefully we're thinking of the
same thing, and I just made your day.

While I would very much like to see SOMEONE translate Eva Chronicle, be it
official or unofficial, I have discussed this very topic with Bochan in
the past, and I respect his wishes.  I think we're lucky that he still
does the Eva Manga translations.  He's done enough translation for Eva
fandom as it is, and for that I say "thanks".
