[EVA] More ADV Eva 10th Anniv. set details.

>From ADV's site it appears the R1 Eva 10th Anniversary box will
include Angelic Days vol.1, Notenki Memoirs book & a screensaver....
The discs will be ADV's original Platinum 7 volumes (presumably no
slip covers this time) which had the (mainly useless IMO) extras.
