[EVA] Eva Manga Stage 72

Bochan, when was it specified by Sadamoto that Lilith was second?  To my
knowledge, Lilith hasn't even been explicitly mentioned in the comic at all.
It was only two months ago that Kaworu so much as muttered the term "Lilim",
and even then discussions seemed to dance around directly referencing her.
