Lilith has been explicitly mentioned in the manga exactly as much as  
she had in the anime at this same point.  In other words, not at all  
yet.  However, given that Kaworu has used the term "Lilim", it is all  
but certain that we will get confirmation in a couple of months when  
the next stage comes out.

Similarly, Lilith was not specified as the 2nd Angel in the anime  
either, but that was how the actual setting turned out.  My reasoning  
for also placing Lilith as the 2nd in the manga is based on Sadamoto  
clearly using the same settings as the anime (Adam-Lilith, White Moon- 
Black Moon, Kaworu-Rei, Angels-Humans, etc.), which stands to reason  
since he was deeply involved in the basic story planning.  To me this  
means that unless there is clear evidence to the contrary or unless  
Sadamoto has decided to change things and pull an Ultra-C out of his  
arse at the last moment, Ockham's razor says that Lilith is the 2nd.

However...

Stage 30, yes, and this is indeed a problem for the Lilith = 2nd  
scenario since Gendo and Fuyutsuki, who are "in the know", are  
talking just to each other.  For the the basic setting reasons noted  
above, this presents a problem because something somewhere is going  
to end up not matching.  Given the conflict between the two, I am  
going to stand aside on this one for the moment until we see how  
things work out in the manga.

Do you have the location where Sachiel was noted specifically as the  
2nd Angel in a confidential manner as opposed to the "official"  
numbering?
