The first film will feature Rei and Kaworu? That's something I haven't heared yet. Well, I think these films could really improve things ... If GAINAX would have had the idea I'd have thought it's all about the money, and that we get to see an Iron Maiden anime. But again, the Studio and company GAINAX has nothing to do with it. It's solely Annos project and he got Sadamoto and Tsurumaki in the boat. (I think the Studio he works on it is called Khara) Well, isn't that great? Rei and Kaworu before Episode 1, that's what I was always wondering about. And Sadamoto has already add some additional stuff about Kaworus connection with SEELE in the manga, that hasn't been there in the anime. So for me it seems like Anno really wants to make a third improvement to Evangelion. Hopefully they really get all important people onto this project. Yuko Miyamura, Asukas seiyuu, seems to have retired... 

Yeah, it's really great, that GAINAX joins Germany's Connichi con, and they are doing it now for 4 years in a row! Tsurumaki has been there, this year Sadamoto ... I'm only missing a drawing from Anno right now! XD
