Yep. This is the Anno who made the Evangelion Drama Track, not the Anno who 
did Magokoro wo Kimi ni. It's totally silly, over the top and funny. It's 
not the greatest film ever, but it's entertaining. And worth seeing if you 
like Anno's work.
