The thought of a whole movie without Asuka fills me with happiness
(provided there's not too much Kaworu).  Eva TV eps 1 -6 are my
favourites just Shinji, Rei, Misato, the class & the NERV bunch. I can
sacrifice Kaji to not have the brat. :)
