Well, despite the reference to new telecine and 5.1
sound, I think it's just a re-release of the old 2003
monolith box set, although perhaps with a few
additional extras like advance trailer for the new
movie etc.

Main difference between the '07 edition DVD box and
the Reissue DVD box seems to be packaging (compact box
vs Monolith box and liner notes) and contents of the
bonus disc (the Reissue DVD box seems to have more
items on the bonus disc).
