[EVA] Rebuild News: Tickets at pre-sale! [EVA]

April 28 was the date for making the pre-sale of the first movie
tickets, and as a present they include a strap for tour cellphone with the
Nerv Logo. They were planning this pre-sale for April 21, but they have some
fabrication promblems... GAiNAX never changes...
