Not her hard talk at the end?  Bad, but also showed how burnt out she was 
feeling at that point.

After losing Kaji, something died inside Misato IMO.  She was still caring 
of others but became de-sensitised about herself & less tolerant or 
understanding of Shinji's weakness of character.

Its important IMO that Misato before & after Kaji is shown to be different. 
Hopefully Rebuild will keep her more like TV Misato until that time.
