The talk at the end is indicative too, I'll agree, but not nearly so much I
think.  I actually agreed with her after all, whatever that says about me.

I'm not sure that there's such a disconnect before and after Kaji's death in
this specific instance.  Misato was always pretty hardcore, climbing into a
melting down nuclear reactor in the Jet Alone incident comes to mind.

I suppose what I'm getting at is I think that her aggressiveness was always
there, the pressure and her adaptations to it, good and bad, didn't really
bear on it.
