[EVA][OT] The final line & Eva's themes (Was: Morally/sociallybad)

Considering how people talk in real life-and-death combat, and the  
generally high level of stress, physical and psychological violence  
within EVANGELION, I would have no objection in principle to seeing  
an adaptation where certain exclamations and pronouns are translated  
into English as strong language. This doesn't mean it would be  
appropriate for all characters all the time--for example, Misato  
might speak one way when arguing with Kaji and Ritsuko, and another  
when arguing with Shinji and Asuka. But the mere idea that people who  
go through what the cast of EVA does wouldn't say shit or fuck on  
occasion doesn't seem convincing to me, especially considering the  
series' general attempt at greater realism in character writing.  
There are literally rivers that flow red with blood in EVANGELION; to  
say "but no potty-mouths" feels a little odd.
