Nope, I'm not Bochan, but I read the Shounen Ace-A index page at Kadokawa's site and it says so. 
There's some Ikari Shinji Ikusei Keikaku content, for those who care, but not the real deal. Anyways, Sadamoto should have enough material for book 11, but that usually comes no sooner than March. That might mean we get to see the announcement for the new book next month, and only get new material in April. Here's hoping we'll at least see the cover beforehand, like last year.
