[EVA] Did Shinji rape unconscious Asuka?

A point I wanted to make that I forgot to mention earlier:
Even if Shinji DID rape Asuka (which is such an absurd thought in itself I
don't see how anyone could think that), her death from the harpies' battle
would have obviously caused the zygote to die, too. (And yes, Asuka DID
die/convert to LCL off-screen. There was even an used piece on S^2 Works
entitled "Asuka's death". (Think "Thanatos", funeral-style.) How would you
explain that? Just because she'd return from the LCL Sea means she'd be
fully back to normal, so to speak? Obviously not, as she has those injuries
from that battle.
