It worked OK for me (but I am in Japan). You can see a lot of the new animation better in the actual trailer. The Operation Yashima stuff is where it's most obvious (the angel is now reflective, for example).

For those of you outside of Japan can you at least get to this page: http://freemv.b-ch.com/view/eva/tr_01.html? Otherwise http://freemv.b-ch.com/prom/eva/eva_newmv_01_1m.asx is the URL for the trailer itself.
