There is no evidence indeed, but the conclusion was not that "it's a fact 
that it's not possible". It was that since they hadn't put any suggestion in 
the show about it, it was as likely to be the valid as 42. This will sound 
obvious (though it shouldn't be taken as contemptuous), but compared to 
reality, a tale has restrictions such as existing in function of a message, 
and if nobody *says* anything about something neither explicitly nor through 
suggestion, then there is little chance that such thing was meant to be said 
in the tale, and for the purpose of the tale itself, that thing does not 
exist in it. That's unless the storyteller is a lousy one, but to resort to 
that justification is like bringing the Nazis in the argument.
