Wow -  I do have that Anime-Play issue.  The Anno video is a real gem.  It gave me a very positive impression of him at this point in his life.  He seems calm, thoughtful, confidant and very much in control of his life.  I also felt like his childhood was rather similar to mine - ie Ultraman, anime, etc, back in the 70s.
