That requires a definition of evil in relation with this show. Considering 
the main topic is the necessity, right and duty to accept life and live 
through pain in hope of finding happiness (where "to live" is defined as to 
interact with others who define our self as much as we define theirs), the 
only party in the show that has an open plan to refuse life and deny it on 
planetary scale is Seele, who seek to avoid the pain of life as interaction 
by eliminating interaction through the return to the original Source of 
Life, a single and lone being who has no other to interact with.
