[EVA] Ritsuko mass murderess!

Having re-read the manga vol.10 again, I then watched the
corresponding anime episodes.

What always..agitates me watching is the Rei clones' behaviour.
Ritsuko appears to see them just as souless spare parts waiting to be
cannabilised to patch up the "prime" Rei for Gendou.

But watching the Reis in their tank, they each have different
expressions, postures & each is moving independently .  They all react
to Shinji's "Ayanami".
Shinji & Misato notice this in both anime & manga.

Every time I watch, I feel the Rei clones are like babies in a womb
mentally.  Each has their own soul/personality, even if almost a blank
template, otherwise they would be floating like lifeless mannequins.
It was probably the Yui trace that made them react to Shinji, but that
gives them even more humanity, & marks Ritsuko's vandalism as an act
of mass murder.

Ritsuko is as equally cold-blooded as Gendou. She had been happy to
suggest brainwashing Shinji to Gendou, & IIRC twice would have let
Shinji & Eva 01 be lost.  In the manga, she was more calculating in
why Toji would be the 4th child.  SEELE did well to choose her as a
replacement for Kaji (or was it Fuyutuski?), but like Gendou with her
mother, forgot about human nature/vices.
