The JSSDF squad kill Shinji, Misato kills them, but its too late.

She takes Shinji's corpse back to the Eva 01 & gets it fed into Eva 01's dummy plug & into 01 in case there is any hope.  Then she rejoins the NERV crew HQ.

Asuka wins her fight by the lake, & her Eva eats the S2 from one of the prod. Evas.  Her fight continues with some of them, as no external power supply is needed, while others head to NERV to try & trigger 3rd impact...
