I agree with what you're saying in a literal sense (I suppose), all of
their shows ARE indeed different.  However I disagree with what you're
saying in a figurative sense (I suppose) because many of their series take
the typical formula, and either reinvent it, or totally throw it out the
window.  Gainax (usually) applies the same unique creativity to each work
the way they did to Evangelion.  I think they've slipped with this in
recent years, but I digress.
