[EVA] Where to find back-issues of Animerica, Newtype, etc?

Thank you. With that in mind, do we know what the important issues were? That is, off the top of your head, does anyone know which ones had Allison Keith interviews? I've heard there was one but haven't seen it (and she never gives interviews). Or Tiffany Grant ones, those are good too.
I remember seeing an old issue of Anime Insider where they actually had a professional psychologist analyze the characters (it matched my Psych of Eva panel pretty well; Asuka = Narcissistic, etc.)....but while my local libraries have a fairly good collection they only started saving things from 2005 onwards.
Why Michigan? Where there?

Certain major libraries hang onto popular magazines for a time, I've checked and the universities in my area don't (actually, my university anime clubroom has a cabinet that was locked and then when we were transferring all the old VHS tapes to DVD, we found it was FULL of NewType issues and old anime magazines from the 1990's, but few were from when Eva was coming out)
You find them [Animerica] in libraries in Michigan, California, and
Australia (I am not even joking here). Of course, anyone sane or with
spare money will go buy back-issues, even at 5 or 6$ an issue.
V: I've been putting up, in my usual place, all the PDFs of the
Animerica articles etc. that I've been able to get.
