I would say that in American society, under the Constitution, the answer is "yes." That is, fringe, radical, fundamentalist, racist groups or individuals of all sorts (even patently hateful and crazy ones) are nevertheless entitled to their opinion. They do not, of course, have the right to have their opinions agreed with or acted upon, or to simply impose those opinions on others.
