Have any of the various spin-off manga ended? I haven't been looking at them (Sorry Carl) and am a bit curious if there's more endings to add to the fire? Heck, we could even add the endings to the EVA 64 game or the Raising Whoever series or what have you to the mix?

Is anyone hardcore enough to list every single ending to an Evangelion media of some sort?
