@my impression from the DC scene of her conversation with Fuyutuski was that 
Yui was protecting Gendou, Shinji etc by agreeing to be SEELE's guinea pig. 
Fuyutuski himself said he would have been killed if he had refused to work 
for SEELE/Gehrin.

all. (Do we ever hear Ritsuko once question Instrumentality/Human
Complementation?)

@per ep 25, the conversation between Misato & Ritsuko. Ritsuko is in favour 
of HI, & agrees with Gendou (apart from him re-uniting with Yui)

Kaji would surely have been sympathetic but they never met, and he and
Misato are the wrong ages and in the wrong places anyway.

@not sure about Kaji agreeing...
