[EVA] Funimation licenses Evangelion 2.22 for a 2011 release

The subs on the HK release are really good, and the video on the
blu-ray is excellent. I still will probably pick up the US release
because my wife likes dubs. But seriously guys with the way the market
is in the US everyone who wants to see it will probably have
downloaded it by the time it's released, which is sad.
