Since ALL of humanity lost their AT Fields and returned to Lilith in
26' (including Gendo's soul and the harpies' souls), Asuka won't be an
exception.

Also take into accout Kyoko dying means Asuka did too due to their
insanely high synch. And Asuka's in P3II with Shinji, Misato,
Ritsuko--who are dead/LCL--who's souls are metaphysically linked by
Lilith. (Shinji's vitals are declared at zero when 3rd Impact starts).
