[EVA] ADV Platinum booklets reliability

[Master Control Program]

I have a copy of "Rebirth" that I used to make the visual and audio
differences between it and EoE (http://wiki.evageeks.org/Guides:Rebirth_vs._Episode_25%27),
but I have no idea where it came from, and I'm not entirely sure it's 
even the exact same thing as what was shown in theatres. Regardless,
like you said, it was really interesting seeing the differences between
that and the final cut.
