The Renewal DVD only has Death and EoE in terms of film-content because it's
more or less the Revival of
Evangelion<http://wiki.evageeks.org/Revival_of_Evangelion>cut of the
films. In other words, Rebirth isn't included, but at the very
least, a fansub of the real Rebirth can be found on the internet if you look
hard enough. (I believe Evacommentary has it for download, come to think of
it.)

Also, yes, if you manage to find a Newtype Film-book of Death, that's going
to have information on what (later DC-only) scenes are where in the film.
It's kind of weird how the new footage was in the original Death, then
removed for the Death (true) film release and stayed as such for Death
(true)^2. ^_^; (Information for that is
