By buying the western domestic releases, one got; Death(True)2, Op & ed to 
Rebirth feature, End of Evangelion. So 2 features, & 2 music "extras".

"Rebirth" the feature shown under that title was not included. 
Straightforward as that!

What we should want is the licensing of the anamorphic DTS Japanese release. 
Anamorphic, in this age of big &/or wide screens, is important.
