I can actually, but that's beside the point. Claiming that the animation style in the Evangelion films and the revised footage is entirely due to the influence of Production I.G. is erroneous.  The assumption that Gainax was only able to produce better quality animation because of their influence and not at all because of the budget and scheduling differences between producing a television series and making an OVA or a film is kinda silly. Eva TV's animation was rushed because Gainax is physically incapable of making a budget or a schedule that they can stick to reliably. 

Yes, anime gets subcontracted. TV 26 is one of the best examples of which. But while studios will have slightly different interpretations due to having different training and experience for their animators, they will stick to the same basic style as they've been hired to do.
