> You tend to throw around the word "slander" alot.

I don't throw it around a lot V. I use it, like any other word in the
English language, when it is appropriate.

Slander, noun:
"false charges or misrepresentations which defame and damage another's
reputation".
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/Slander

I've used it here because you're stating that Funimation in "TRUTH" is
deliberately tricking consumers into buying the "worst DVD ever" in order
to obtain the greatest profit, which is unfair and untrue. I'm also
calling shenanigans on you because 1.01 is hardly the worst DVD ever made,
nor you have the intimate familiarity with the inner workings of the
business in order to tell us the "TRUTH" of the matter.

Secondly, I used the term when you told I-con that I/Otakon Panels
"literally said; 'I feel too tired this year to host the [evangelion]
panel', which was also a complete fabrication. When you fabricate
statements about people, don't get all shocked and amazed when the term
"slander" comes up, because that's what it is, and that's what you've been
doing. You need to watch out for that, it can come back to bite you in
the ass.

Also, using a word twice in two instances almost a year apart hardly
qualifies as "a lot".

> We're not in this to
> protect hurt feelings, as you say, it's a business. We're in this for the
> duration.

V, slander isn't about feelings, it's about reputation. What you're
thinking about is harassment, which has its own unique legal
ramifications.
