[EVA] Anime Expo disbands

Otakon almost got him in '99, but it went right up until the wire, and he
had to back out.  He was never mentioned in any of the materials, however
they printed him a badge, which ended up in my personal collection. 
Otakon has some sort of informal raincheck with him, however I don't see
them making use of it until after Rebuild wraps up in... oh... like a
billion years.

He was also supposed to attend AussieCon later that year, but he fell down
an escalator.

Someday... someday...
