[EVA] Will Viz license Sadamoto volume 12?

Given the big reduction in Viz's staff back in May, when
they fired 40% of their employees, I was beginning to wonder if Viz is not
currently in a position to license Sadamoto's manga volume 12.  Well
rather, I was, until the smoke cleared and it seemed less like Viz was
self-destructing than "extreme belt-tightening" (which was probably
the smart decision to make in face of market situations).  Also, Eva manga
is a big cash cow, so I think it would be the *last* thing they give up. 
Then again, it was so popular in Japan that it is bound to be expensive.

At any rate, these worries are probably unfounded...but we haven't really heard
much from Viz.  I was expecting Carl Horn to at least mention something
about this at Fanime, even just a generic one line at the beginning of a panel,
about “yeah we’re going to get Eva 12 eventually”…but if this was said I haven’t
heard it.
So just to be sure that there is no cause for alarm about
Viz’s ability to get Sadamoto volume 12, will Viz be getting it “eventually”?  Will a release date be announced “soon”
during the upcoming big summer cons?
