[EVA] DVD bitrates and "Holiday Edition" extras?

I will never understand how V is smart enough to get a masters in some
medieval bullshit, but can't perform a simple Google search. If you
Google, "best Evangelion dvd set", one of the first results is a
thread on Eva Geeks explaining the differences between the sets in
detail, along with links to other, relevant, useful content.
