Those tags are there for people who have kill files, so they don't waste 
time reading posts that have no information content.  It comes from years 
of being on mailing lists, and is MY form of ML etiquette.  Even if you 
haven't kill files, just by reading the subject header you can tell if 
there's going to be any useful content.  [BITCHY ONE LINER] is exactly 
it.  If you don't want to waste bandwidth reading it, just delete it.

I only wish more people were as considerate.
