Only, I noticed that in an earlier edition there was a section for "Who
killed (name withheld)?", which had no further elaboration whatsoever.  In
the new version, the section title was removed (or I missed it somehow).
So, like, are their no concrete hypotheses on this matter?

I know, I know, I'm just begging for spoilers...
