[EVA] Death or EoE CD first pressing?

are there first pressings of the Death or EoE soundtracks? and if there are, 
what extras come with them? thanks!

## Not sure for D+R soundtracks, but there are first pressing version for
## both EOE singles and soundtrack. They come in a red transparent case,
## instead of the usual plastic bag (for single) or clear case (for
## soundtrack). They do not sell for extra price. The first-pressing of 
## single is quite hard to find now. As for the soundtrack, I think they
## press so much that up till now all the EOE soundtrack CD's I see are
## still in red cases.
