What would you rather watch, a show where everything happens nicely and
happily, or one where there is at least some exploration of sadness?
Let me put in this way : I think fiction with angst (not necessarily
angst-ridden) is much more interesting. People tend to relate more to
characters with problems..it strikes a chord of sympathy somewhere. Final
Fantasy 3, if anyone's played this, if a great example.
