## Honestly speaking, it is quite a "frequently asked question" (FAQ-keeper,
## take note), but this is never answered in the anime. Perhaps the school
## allows students to wear that as uniform, but since in the EVA-world it 
## is always summer, naturally few would choose to wear that as uniform.
